Virtual Design Fashion Fitting Room For Dogs & Humans

I am looking for someone to build a virtual design fashion fitting room for dogs and humans. This would be a fitting room that could integrate seamlessly with Wordpress or Shopify and eventually be transformed into an a mobile hybrid app. Within the fitting room, users will be able to select a body/avatar and make it 3-dimensional, they can select a breed of dog, or a male or female human... they will be able to add coats and accessories and view the coats 360 degrees. This will be a lot of animation but I know it's possible. I am looking for serious candidates only. Thanks.
