2D AutoCAD drafting + Sketchup 3D modelling for the purposes of shadow diagrams Prepare a Development Application drawing set for submission to Council, based upon schematic drawings and sketches (uploaded as a reference). A survey will be provided (also uploaded) with existing site & neighbouring details. The survey also includes basic existing elevations. CAD files will be provided of all drawings. The drawings to be prepared are as follows: - Proposed Site / Roof Plan (1:200) - Proposed Ground Floor plan (1:100) - Proposed First Floor plan (1:100) - Proposed Elevations of all 4 building facades and a street elevation showing a new fence proposal (1:100) - 2 x Proposed Sections (1:100) - Proposed shadow diagrams showing existing and new shadows. (1:200) Please note that the shadow diagrams will require the existing building, proposed building and neighbouring structures to be block modelled in Sketchup (and the sketchup file sent across at completion). An example Development Application drawing set is included as a reference for the level of detail & notes required. Time period: Approx 3 weeks
