Creation of a simple product in 3D

The project is to create in 3D a heater (width 30cm x height 90cm x 2 cm thickness) of our range. It's a very simple form. We supply as many pictures of the heater as necessary. Do not draw the wire cable nor plug. Background of the scene is black (heater is white). You supply a 3D view in high resolution (jpeg 300 Dpi, at least 4000x4000) for each 30° (12 files). You supply a mp4 file (300 dpi, 1980x1080) where we see the heater turning slowly around its axis at 360°(black background we can supply an example). Please read before bidding.
