House drawings, 3d model and renders

I would like a 3d model of a house based on a New York Style Loft (industrial).
The house is 26m long and 6m wide with two stories. I've drawn the plans by hand (see "Hand [login to view URL]").
It is a very simple design. All walls are straight -- it is effectively a large brick box.
Some comments on the house are as follows:
- The ground floor will be polished concrete (see "Design [login to view URL]");
- The upper floor will have timber floorboards (see "Upper floor [login to view URL]");
- The upper floor will be supported by exposed I Beams (see "Design theme [login to view URL]");
- There will be a straight stairwell between the lower and upper levels (see "Stairwell [login to view URL]");
- The bathroom will have an "industrial chic" theme (see "Bathroom [login to view URL]");
- The front of the house will have windows looking out on to the garden (see "Front window [login to view URL]");
- The side walls should be double brick (i.e. 26m of double brick on each side);
- The side walls (internal and external) should be red brick (see "Design [login to view URL]");
- There should be various windows on the side of the house, particularly in the "open space" upper level);
- There should be a small 'patio' area out the front of the glass doors; and
- The roof will be tile, supported by wooden trusses. Internally, the roof will be plastered.
