I need to know if you also provide the 2D plans in pdf that matterport automatically do (as I was provided that before and I'm not sure how to do it myself) and also I would like to check the spaces to be done before telling you my final price. I think, the important thing of your project is create ArchiCAD for point cloud (.xyz). And then convert the ArchiCAD model to Sketchup. But it have more problem. So everyone can't do it.
