3D model to match 2D illustration/logo

Need a 3D sculpt of the attached logo for our client. The logo combines the storm trooper helmet with elements of the Guy Fakes mask (eyebrows, eyes, nose, moustache). We would love to have this model within a week, so get back to us with an offer that you think is reasonable given the time frame. Requirements: -Model must be importable / usable in Cinema 4D, which is the software we use for 3D animation (i.e., file should be .c4d or a universal exchange format such as .obj) -Model must be shallow (i.e., relatively squished in Z space) and have a flat back, because it will be hung. For example, if the model is 6 feet tall and 6 feet wide, it should only be ~2 feet deep -Model must match the attached logo as closely as possible - ideally, the model will be created from scratch in a program like ZBrush (or similar). It is important that the 3D model is proportional to the illustration and that the illustration's key elements are correctly placed -Final model must be delivered as independent meshes for different components, i.e., not a single, solid mesh. We will be animating the model in Cinema 4D, so need to be able to texture and move individual pieces
