This is to model in 3D and texture with realistic textures a serie of human and animal models.
The buyer will provide a low resolution base model, that is a size and proportion guide as well a indication of proportion and can be used for further modeling. Will provide also basic textures and uvs.
-The model needs to be more detailed (feature for face, mouth eyes, paws etc...)
-The topology needs to be improved so the mesh bends properly at joints. the joints needs to bend well and have the necessary loops topology for that
-The textures needs to be realistic (diffuse and bump maps (normal maps if provider wants it so) so it renders well in mental ray (or such GI renders)
The final models will be delivered as .max or fbx that can load and work fine go on 3dsmax 2010 (be careful if you model in maya or else that it works as well on max.
The size of the textures is up to provider as long as they are detailed and realistic

For the hair, do not use hair plugins, but use textures with transparency as in this example.
Since the woman to do has short hair, only meshes here and there need to be done to give a good illusions of her hairs.
