I already have some experience with character modelling, sculpt and retopology. You dindn't said if it's for a game, but thinking in it you should realize that topology is really necessary thinking about computer performance. I could also make rigging and animations and if you already have the blueprint of the character the sculpting and modelling process should be very fast. I could also make the textures and do shadering for poses and renders.
