Hi Bogdan Gabriel A., I noticed your profile and would like to offer you my project. We can discuss any details over chat.
I have a robotics project, and I am wondering if you are comfortable with mechanical works?
They do not have to be pleasing aesthetically, but what matters is the functions.
Attached the text file of the idea. I do have an idea for the mechanical parts, but they are just thought out logically, without any base mechanically.
The things I need will be these:
To have the parts as basic as possible without any thought needed for the aesthetics. They can be just a square box if need be, as long as they show how they work mechanically.
Main body - Rectangular box, with the scoop in front (fixed), and an attachable slot at the back for the weapon module.
Modular weapons - Attached to the main body, with the "power" from the main body. What I have in mind is there will be a protruding gear teeth which is from a motor from the main body, that will attach to a gear from the weapon. The power transfers through the gear this way. Example for a SPINNER weapon (refer to the text above), the spinner will have a gear at the center of its body. Straightforward. More complicated weapons will be like the disc shooters. I have an idea for it, but will have to draw it out for you, or better still we shall see if you have a better idea to make the weapons work with this simple gear system.
Sides of the main bot - Will have a simple button pad. A trigger sensor, which will be attached to the electronic button. Just a sensor bumper.
Wheels - Rear wheels are power wheels, and front are steering wheels.
I think I have covered everything. You can read this along with the txt file, same thing I attached to the project request.
Perhaps some slight aesthetics would be nice to have.
