I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - while the top shape of the hook is ok, the bottom is not - is not possible to bend the metallic sheet onto straight 90 degrees (it require a minimum bend radius which depends on the thickness of the material) 2 - in order to held min 10 kg the thickness should be 1.5mm but it is advisable to be 2mm to have a safety factor 3 - except the 3d model of the hook you will also need the flat pattern and a drawing where to show the bending lines (dxf/dwg) Regards Bogdan
