Health Tech Startup Project Coordinator/Personal Assistant

E.A & PERSONAL ASSISTANT — TECH STARTUP Budget: $30–$50/WEEK Type: Part-time, Freelance Start: Immediate Interview: Video call required We are a growing health tech startup in active development looking for a sharp, reliable, and self-driven individual to serve as Project Coordinator and Personal Assistant. You will keep our small remote engineering team on track while also supporting day-to-day personal and business organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Track progress across two remote engineers and report twice weekly in writing • Follow up on blockers and open tasks without being prompted • Maintain and organize project documents • Escalate urgent matters immediately — not at the next scheduled report • Handle scheduling, reminders, and on-demand personal assistant tasks • Be available for occasional check-ins outside the normal schedule WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Honest, straightforward, and hardworking — no shortcuts • Intelligent and proactive — you solve problems before being asked • Comfortable reading technical documents without being a developer • Skilled with productivity and project tools — Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, ClickUp, or similar • Clear written communicator — your reports are concise and accurate • Reliable across time zones with remote teams IMPORTANT A video interview is required before any offer is made.
