Hi, As a qualified UK Barrister, I have been making trademark applications for almost 20 years and have made hundreds of applications in the UK and the EU. As trademark information is publicly available and I am named as the representative on applications, evidence of my previous work can be shown to you prior to any work being undertaken. UK official fees are £170 for 1 class and £50 for each additional class. EU official fees are €850 for 1 class, €50 for the second class and €150 for each additional class above 2 classes. I can explain what classes you should apply for. My fee is £140 for each TM application for 1 class, plus £20 for each additional class.
