My approach: backtest RSI(1-5) and SMA(2-10) combinations with your existing non-repainting logic. Focus on reducing flat-line fake touches and improving V-shape reversal detection. Tune Rail band tolerance (2-5) and RSI-SMA match tolerance (20-30) for cleaner entries. Two questions: What timeframe are you trading (1min, 5min, etc.)?
