CargoWise Netherlands Customs Expert

I am looking for an expert who can train me and my team on the Customs (Europp / Netherlands) module of CargoWise in depth. The training should cover end-to-end handling of import, export, and transit declarations in CargoWise, with a strong focus on: Entering complete and accurate data as per Netherlands Customs requirements Understanding and complying with system validation rules Mapping data from upstream systems and documents Triggering and interpreting Dutch automated clearance messages Identifying and resolving red-flag errors (AGS, DMS, NCTS) efficiently Since we deal with regulated goods, the training must emphasize both accuracy and speed, and be delivered by someone with hands-on, expert-level experience in CargoWise One and the Netherlands customs integration. We are not looking for basic or introductory sessions, but for practical, real-world operational knowledge. Expected outcomes from the training: Clear understanding of how to create and validate import, export, and transit declarations in CargoWise Ability to resolve customs exceptions and rejections independently Step-by-step process documentation and best practices that our internal team can later use for reference and audit If you have extensive experience clearing freight through Dutch gateways such as Schiphol or Rotterdam using CargoWise, and have worked with AGS, DMS, and NCTS in live environments, we would like to engage you to train our team.
