5 hs Chinese-English Subtitling

We have a potencial project that consists of five 1-hour Simplified-Chinese-language videos that need English subtitling edition. We will send you the reference video with burned in time code. We will also provide the English translations. We need a Simplified-Chinese editor who can sincronize the chinese video and the english translation for us (possibly do some paraphrasing where necessary), so we can produce standard-format English subtitles. I still haven't received the deadline from the client but I think it would be 15 days to delivery. CLIENT VERY PRICE SENSITIVE. I think you can work with subtitling Workshop, EZ Titles or similar to deliver this format. Thanks
