Translation English to French of Software Menus

Project to translate desktop application software menus, phrases, user interface elements from English to French.
The software uses Qt .ts XML tag format system, so translator will be supplied with phrase file for English.
This should be edited into French language, using WordPad or professional raw text editor. MS Word is not acceptable.
The size of task is about 950 lines of text, average of 5 words per line, approximately 18 pages.
