High-quality Translation English to German Fiction Romance - First 2000 words

I’m looking for a skilled translator (English to German) for paranormal romance books. The translation should be of very high quality, meaning that it should read as a 100% native and flawless German text.
I only work with NATIVE German speakers. Apart from a good understanding of conversational German and German grammar and spelling as a native speaker, the translator should preferably also need to have a good understanding of conversational English (e.g. regarding slang, idioms, etc). As the stories are romantic fiction, I am looking for someone who can translate not just the words but the spirit of each sentence so that the overall story does not suffer through verbatim translation. The books contain some adult language and situations.
The length of the books is generally around 50,000 words, and I can pay 0,01 USD per word (which is 500 USD for a 50,000 words book). This project concerns the first 2000 words.
