Letter to News stations "60 minutes etc.........."

My grandfather passed away on September 5, 2010. On January 30, 2009 I was completely disinherited from my grandfather's estate. I was in a News broadcast on April 1, 2014 which was around 4 months after My aunt won the case through a Summary judgement. The Summary Judgement was filed by attorney Ken Pollock through Shendell and Pollock 11 days after the court order for a New Trial.

Shendell and Pollock are not probate litigation attorney's but took the case anyway.

Below news broadcast 31:07-31:20 it states in a letter my grandfather wrote on my behalf in 1992, "I reviewed the court and I am not quite clear as to Brian's position on the property. His father told Brian he won." In the New broadcast itself the attorney asked my grandfather about these two sentences 6 times and my grandfather could not understand the question. 38:45-41:15.

This deposition was taken more than three years prior to the execution of the January 30, 2009 Will. With this part of the deposition I was able to receive more than 1500 discovery documents.

The three links below is my grandfather's November 2005 deposition.

In the first part of the deposition my grandfather says, "Let me just say this, I have very poor Memory. I have Parkinson's disease and it has affected my memory. So I will do the best I can." 2:43-2:54

7:51-8:32 "Some time in the past 10 years. I think he went to jail. I don't know how long he went to jail. My remembrance is that he was into drugs or something like that. As far as the money's are concerned, he was a very big money hungering guy. He wanted it all."

As part of this deposition where my grandfather states that my father wanted it all. This is the exact same thing my aunt did to me. She wanted it call.

18:45-19:13 "Brian was loosely involved with things that he didn't understand. and when he didn't get information from me that I didn't think he needed, he went to my friend. My friend recommended certain things and that was the relationship rather Brian asked for help or not."

24:35-24:43 "Since your daughter's death, have you spoken to Alan Marshall?" my grandfather said, "No."

28:02-28:07 There was a little conversation in another room and my grandfather said, "Did somebody say something." the attorney said, "I think That was something unrelated."
