Hello, We are looking for a person to help with Vici Dialer Configuration and ensure that the dialer is up, running and operational. We are basically End users with limited knowledge on the tech and configuration side of things.
We thought we were ready to start using the dialer (cloud hosted) and we encountered the issue outlined in Section number 1. The project is to Overcome that and help/ensure all the others is working functional. Utilizing the Vici Dialer is something we plan on doing for many years to come so...for the right person this will lead to future work with us I am sure. Knowledge of Vtiger and Integration is a plus, as well as being able to communicate via chat or skype or phone while the project is ongoing also a huge plus.
1 .Fix the issue of the message "No one is in your session: 8600051
Need the ability to have the dialer WORKING so that we can actually dial into the campaigns we will set up and actually USE the dialer. If that means your support group logging on to my system to ensure everything is working including soft phone then so be it!
2. Create and Copy/Setup 6 Blended Campaigns - Inbound and Outbound Calling
The Campaign Names should be:
A. MD1Blend (already created in system. Verify ALL is correct and Functional before copying to create the others)
All Campaigns are ALL identical except for:
A. The voice recording that will be used for AMD or Click Message Drop is Campaign Specific
B. The campaign caller Id is also Campaign Specific (Detail view. Each Campaign will use its own Caller ID)
Requirements for each of the 6 Campaigns
A. AMD is to be set up for each campaign, also need the ability for the agent to be able to Click Message Drop
B. Allow Inbound calls from any of the DID’s or In-Groups and Outbound Calls – Allow Closers Y
C. Inbound calls should always have some priority over Outbound Calls
D. All inbound and outbound calls need to be able to transfer-conference with a closer, to a pre-set phone number. That number will be provided.
E. ALL calls that are Inbound from any DID or Ingroup should come to Agent201. There will only be 1 agent on the system at this time, Agent201. Remote agents will be added on the system at a later time. If Agent201 is UNAVAILABLE for any reason the call will go to the Voicemail of Agent002
F. Any calls dropped for any reason should get the message heard on the AMD for the Campaign
3. Activate Vtiger.
Ensure that all lists/leads that get added to these campaigns after they are created are populating in Vtiger automatic so that as the agents speak with clients they can be updating the CRM in real time.
4. Recordings for AMD, Click Message Drop and Voicemails
I will be providing to your group the 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav) for All of the recordings necessary for each of the campaigns as they are Campaign Specific, as well as the recorded messages to be used for Voicemails that inbound callers would hear should they not reach Agent201
A. Activate Audio Store – So that I can upload the .wav files myself and manage them going forward
