I need someone to manage a social media company for me. I have the company planned out but need someone to make sure that all things get done for the clients.
For each client we will:
1. Social Media Posting
Do 3 times a week posts to facebook, Google My Business, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, tumblr.
I have software that will allow us to automate the posting on each social media. You will need to be able to create (recreate) posts from other accounts that I will give you access to. If you are ok with image editing, you could do it yourself, or you could manage outsourcing to someone else to create these images.
2. Social Media Contests
We will run a social media contest per month per client. We will use special software for this. You will need to work with the clients on setting up these contests (emailing and discussing with them which contest they want for that month), and then setting up the contest and landing page. For some clients where I control their website, you will need to be able to embed this page into their wordpress site. It is an easy cut and paste of code, but you may need some experience with wordpress page creation and styling. You will need to help the clients and staff run these contests, decide on awards, notify the winners and schedule winners photos with staff and then manage social media postings about the contest and winners.
3. Videos from Blog Posts
You will also need to convert blog posts to video. We use inVideo for this, so basically all that you will need to do is connect inVideo to the blogs and then modify the videos text, images and video so that they are GOOD videos then export them and post them to social media and to the clients websites.
4. Employee Posting of Social Media Content
We will also be allowing the staff of the clients to post social media content. You will need to use this software to set up groups for each office and get the staff to learn how to sign in and use their accounts. You will then need to make sure that content is being made available for each group. You will need to help the clients set up rewards for the staff member and staff group that "wins" each month by doing the most content posting and gets the most interactions. This is all kept track of in the software but you will need to make sure it is set up and running correctly and helping the clients run and fulfill these staff contests.
5. We may also do shirts for some offices. You will need to coordinate staff ordering of shirts each month and also shirts for the contest winners. We plan to set up this shirt company as an internal company but you will need to make sure that the offices know if the option to pay extra to get the shirts, know how to sign up for them, and make sure they coordinate shirt arrivals to their office with photos for the contest winner with all of the staff in matching tshirts.
Basically this is an ongoing position to manage a new business since I don't have time to do it myself. I am hoping to find someone that is able to do this pretty much full-time. I am hoping to find someone that is able to work for $2 an hour on this project. If you do a good job, you will have ongoing work.
You must be willing to sign an NDA before beginning work on this project as I will be giving you access to software, my business plan, and my clients.
You will gain experience in Social Media and as the service grows, you will need to be able to manage a team and outsource tasks to the team. Hopefully this can be a very long term ongoing opportunity. There are clients ready to go with this service so I am hoping to find someone ASAP to get started!
