You supply the existing PDFs and the translated text, and the job is to rebuild each language version so it looks like the original instead of a reflow. Your brief does not say how many files and how many target languages the batch covers, and it does not say whether you still have the InDesign sources or only the flattened PDFs. That second point changes the work completely: rebuilding from a flat PDF takes far longer than editing a live file. I settle both with you first. I rebuild the layout on proper paragraph and character styles, flow each translation, fix hyphenation and line breaks per language, and reshape the frames where the copy runs longer or shorter.
