Creating a small game scene for a theatre piece.

I'm a concept artist based in Dusseldorf, Germany. Now I'm working on a theatre piece with a trilingual (Japanese, German, French) book reading. I need some game elements to integrate into it. The project is a co-production with the Forum Freies Theater Düsseldorf, and the funding is supported by the city and state art funds. Personally I use Unity (2019.4.28) and understand the basics.

Wanted:.

-Project files in Unity (v2019.14 / windows) or windows/macintosh game app (personal use, no distribution).

-Want to use 3 characters, created with Ready Player Me (Rigged, lip sync supported). I can bring 3 Avatar-File. Alternative character is also possible.

-A playfield , looks like a park, need be created. Size can be small, like 10x10 to 20x20 im Unitys plane.

-I want you to have bookshelves in the park. The bookshelf should be alike with the attached picture.(Outsourcing by my side is also ok.)

About operating the character (avatar):

-A Operator(in the stage in real) can select one of the three characters from the keyboard at will. The selected character can walk around freely.

-When not selected, two characters walk around autonomously.

-There is an audio input with 3 performers' voices from the stage in real. Every avatar lip-syncs simultaneously.

-Multiple cameras with multiple angle that follow the selected character. Cameras operation/selection can be done from the keyboard.

-The duration of performance is about 90 minutes. As time goes, I want have the number of avatars to increase.
