Chess Game AD_ID Integration

I need a quick but clean code update to my Android chess game so it requests `com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID`. The permission must be wired specifically for AdMob-based ad personalisation; no other ad networks are in use. You will: • modify the Manifest (and any Gradle settings) to declare the new permission correctly • confirm that AdMob ads still load and are now eligible for personalised targeting • generate a signed build (AAB or APK) so I can run the Google Play Console pre-launch report without warnings related to AD_ID Acceptance is straightforward: the game builds, launches, shows personalised AdMob ads, and the Play Console confirms the permission is present and compliant.
