VB Script To Open Excel - Import Into Separate Sheets Data From Delimited .Txt File

I have three .txt files delimited with ~ and I need a vbscript. Vbscript was not filtered when typing skills so sorry for the vb.net selection. Anyway this vbscript will open up a new excel document, paste data from one of the files called [login to view URL] into sheet1 and then [login to view URL] into Sheet2 and finally [login to view URL] into Sheet3. The script should then save the excel document as xls or .xlsx (preferred) and then delete the three .txt files. The three sheets should be named File One, File Two and File Three. Lastly the data in each sheet should be formatted into a table. The default one that's blue and white when you select Ctrl+T. You can use whatever headers for the purpose of the project. But for an idea how the data is formatted see below. The vbscript should also save the file when done as whatever name for now I will change it later. The vbscript should then close the excel application.
