Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing engaging short-form reels and in-depth, long-form educational videos. Your responsibilities include sourcing relevant B-roll, integrating appropriate visuals, creating compelling motion graphics, and crafting cohesive storytelling that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Edit long-form instructional and educational videos (10–60 minutes) and engaging short-form reels (up to 90 seconds).
Source relevant B-roll, images, motion graphics, and audio to enhance the visual storytelling.
Design and integrate captivating motion graphics and animations to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all videos.
Work collaboratively with content strategists and creative directors to refine concepts and execute visions.
Manage video content from pre-production to final export.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing, specifically creating reels and long-form educational/instructional content.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
Knowledge of sourcing royalty-free footage, images, and audio.
Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
Understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, and audience engagement.
Ability to deliver high-quality content on strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of social media trends, SEO, and audience retention techniques.
Familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, and educational content.
Creativity in transforming complex concepts into visually appealing narratives.
