I’m looking for a podcast assistant to help with both initial setup and ongoing episode management for a Business Advice Podcast. The role involves basic editing, organizing content, and publishing new episodes using [login to view URL] and Transistor.fm. Scope of Work Initial Setup (One-Day Task - Estimated 5-7 Hours) 1. Download 20 past podcast episodes (audio, video, and transcript) from Riverside.fm. The link for each episode will be provided. 2. Create a dedicated OneDrive folder for each episode and upload all files. Ongoing Podcast Editing & Publishing (1 Hour Per Episode) For each new episode: 1. Download the video and audio file from Riverside (~5mins) 2. Basic Editing – Add intro & music (~10-15 mins). 3. Generate Show Notes – Copy show notes from Riverside & add guest’s links (~10 mins). 4. Publish Draft Episode – Upload to [login to view URL] (~5 mins). 5. Download & Organize Files – Save audio, video, transcript, show notes, and clips to OneDrive (~15 mins). Ideal Freelancer: Experience with [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Basic audio and video editing skills (just trimming & adding music). Strong organizational skills for managing episode files. Reliable and efficient – able to meet deadlines for publishing. Strong written communication skills.
