I need help to make a short video. Russian language skills a must. The person would need to take an 8 minute voice recording I will provide, cut it up and sequence based on a script I will also provide. On top of it, layer digital photos in a sequence that I will also provide. Has to be compatible with Final Cut Pro editing software. The final video should be between 5-8 minutes long.
