Same State/Multi Location Podcast Filming & Editing

Hello, I’m currently interviewing communities in pre-screened locations across South Atlanta and Meriwether County for a pilot podcast project launching this summer. I’m seeking a videographer who is interested in collaborating on a beginner-friendly production where we can learn from one another while creating thoughtful, high-quality content. The goal is to capture each episode in a way that feels professional while still maintaining a natural, authentic atmosphere. I’m looking for someone who brings both a strong technical foundation and a collaborative spirit. You can expect to work alongside someone who values professionalism, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach. For each recording session, you would be responsible for bringing professional-grade video equipment, microphones, and a portable lighting setup to ensure clean visuals and audio regardless of location, weather, or time of day. After each session (typically 60–90 minutes of raw footage), the goal is to craft a polished episode through thoughtful editing. This would include clean cuts, seamless transitions, and light, age-appropriate graphics. Each episode would also include a short branded intro/outro and subtle color grading that enhances the visuals while preserving the authentic feel of the conversation. The intent is to keep the production engaging without making it feel overly produced. Typical workflow may include: • Meeting at the agreed location to set up equipment and record the episode in 4K • Syncing and leveling audio, reducing background noise, and correcting lighting inconsistencies • Editing the episode into a clean final cut • Exporting the final episode in both 4K and 1080p formats • Delivering two short promotional clips (under one minute each) optimized for social media I will provide the podcast branding and creative assets, and I welcome collaborative input throughout the creative process. Ideally, episodes would be turned around within about one week, though we can establish a timeline that works consistently for both of us. If the pilot is successful, I plan to move into a weekly production schedule and would love to build an ongoing partnership.
