We have a real estate company that will post a weekly video on youtube.
We are searching for a sympathetic speaker to be the face of our company.
The video's will be made weekly and will take 15min to 1hour .
You don't have to do video editing yourself unless you want to do this and are good in this.
What is very important for us :
* Consistency , we are planning to do this weekly for years
* a vibrant n caring and sympathetic personality, you are a people person and know how to connect to people
* you speak Perfect English (USA English)
* you have a good lightened room where you can record for an hour without interruption or surrounding noises .
Technical setup : A recent phone (newer then 2017) or other video recording device, a good microphone to connect to the phone, a big green canvas.
Good internet connection to send every week a 100-1000Mbyte file.
The phone you need yourself, the rest will be ordered and delivered to your home.
You will wear a tshirt with my company information and will receive weekly a document with the subject and text you need to present in the video. This document will contain step by step information what you need to say.
To apply to this job, record a 5 minutes live video where you present any subject you love.
I will not check the audio quality , but the video quality need to be the quality you will send me weekly. So start of with the right light, room and camera or phone !
