Project Overview: The Hope for Life Foundation seeks a skilled video editor to create 12 clips from two provided MP4 videos. These clips will be optimized for use on Facebook and Instagram to help increase our visibility and promote our cause. Source Material: The Hope for Life Foundation will provide two MP4 videos via a Google Drive link. The first is 15 minutes long and 400 Mb; the second is 6.5 minutes long and 170 Mb. A list of clips expected with their start and end times is attached to this project. Requirements: Clip Length: Each of the 12 generated clips should be approximately 10 to 15 seconds long, suitable for social media engagement. Clip Format: Clips must be delivered in MP4 format. Audio Optimization: Ensure that audio levels are balanced, optimized for clarity, and suitable for playback on social media platforms. Data Retention: Upon acceptance, the accepting party must provide a signed statement agreeing to protect and retain custody of all provided and generated project data. It is not to be shared with any third parties without the explicit consent of the Foundation. Upon project completion, all project data must be permanently deleted. Revisions: The project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final clips. Timeline: Project Start Date: Within one week of accepting the project. Completion Deadline: We expect the project to be completed within two weeks of the start date. The first week should be dedicated to the first draft of all clips, and the second week should be devoted to any necessary revisions.
