Video editor for instructional Exercise training videos

I am looking for a video editor who can edit my 200 Exercise videos.
The videos are shot with a sony rx100iv camera in profile.
I want someone who used Adobe Premiere Pro and who can duplicate the editing I have done on the clip attached to this job post for the rest of my videos.
I have documents with thorough descriptions on the execution of which I want the editor to add to the clips in a professional manor. You should be able to understand where and when to place the text to not disturb the visual representation of the exercise. I'll provide the editor with all descriptions as well as the order of when they appear for each clip. I also have the one song I want added to all clips.
The ability to work fast is of high importance. I edited the video in 20 minutes as a reference, and I am looking to hire someone to do it simply due to lack of time before the launch leading to that I instead must to prioritise other components of the business for now and hand over the editing to someone else.
We can discuss salary depending on how fast you can work etc.
