I am in need of an American actor or actress for a Facebook video ad promoting a home improvement service. The actor should ideally be: - At least 30 years old - Match the demographic of a homeowner - Able to record the video in front or inside of a house The primary goal of the ad is to generate leads. Therefore, the actor should be capable of delivering a friendly and relatable tone, rather than a professional and informative one. The video doesn't need to be of high production quality, a decent quality phone will suffice. The most important aspect is the actor's ability to engage with the audience in a genuine and approachable manner. I attached 2 example videos. Video editing won't be required, just the raw material.
