You’ll handle a single main stage, so smooth framing, steady shots, and quick adjustment to lighting changes are important. We will provide professional camera kit, lapel or shotgun mics, and basic lighting if necessary; our venue provides standard stage lights Deliverables: • Clean, well-labeled raw footage of every talk in 1080p or higher, synced with high-quality audio. • A simple reference slate listing speaker name and session time at the head of each file.
