Create a Peer to Peer Video chat using WebRTC API

Synopsis: We are looking for Integrating a Video conferencing application ( Involving the audio video virtual meeting between two persons from point A to point B.) in our existing system using WebRTC. Experienced developers are required. Short Description: Create a simple Peer to Peer Video chat using the existing WebRTC API. The conference can only start when a unique key is entered at one end. (This will not be generated by the application and has to be verified only) The Conference is to have a time limit at the end of which the call would be disconnected. A progress bar is to be seen under the video and must warn the user when the time is nearing completion. The progress bar must progress in a reverse manner. Option to disconnect the call must also be there. The code should be modular , scalable with appropriate comments making it self explanatory Application is for Desktop / Tablet environment therefore appropriate CSS media queries must be added.
