production of video exercises for mobile fitness app

Scope of work is to produce short GIFs for the attached list of exercises (attachment 1), the scope of work shall include but not limited to: - find a model for shooting the video; - find a suitable space for shooting; - supply and operate required equipment (cameras, flash, lighting, etc.); - perform exercises in line with provided youtube video guides (attachment 1); - record video; - perform video post-production to produce videos and GIFs. Freelancer has to record and edit (post-production) the videos in order to get similar to the attached GIFs samples (attachment 2) for each of the exercise indicated in the attached spreadsheet. Several or one model can be recorded in the videos. A model shall be approved by client before starting the job. The model shall wear dark color clothes. A white background and a yoga mat shall be used for each video, GIF’s color / brightness / contrast shall be consistent and shall not vary from one exercise to another. For few exercises a pull-up bar and a platform will be required. Client reserves its right to request rerecord and other amendments to the recorded exercises if exercises are not performed based on provided youtube video guides. Video / GIFs shall have high quality and shall not be blurry. Final deliverables: - Recorded video to each exercise as per attachment 1, video settings (resolution, codec, etc) shall be proposed by Freelancer and reviewed / approved by client. - Prepare short cycled GIFs to each exercise as per attachment 1. GIFs have to be cycled, meaning model shall start and finish an exercise in the same position, so it can be looped. GIF shall not weight more that 0.7mb. GIF resolution shall be 1,125 x 570 px
