This project is to illustrate the process of a mathematical filter than combines elements of four dimensional data. The overall aim rather than the details are important but below is the general plan.
I have videoed a rough sketch of the animation (attached mp4)
I am looking for video consiting of:
Scene 1: A 3D Wire Grid. The grid could look like this

but ideally with an orientation a bit more on face like:

Within the grid a 3x3x3 subsection of cubes needs to becomes colored or highlighted and then fade. Another 3x3x3 set of cubes in a random location becomes highlighted then fades. This happens one more time. We are then left with the empty grid as the start.
Scene 2: Ideally a pan back shows 4 identical cubes side by side (a cut to a new scene would also be ok but not ideal). Now a 3x3x3 section in cube 1 becomes highlighted, then the same section in cube 2, then the same section in cube 3 then the same section in cube 4.
Scene 3. The four cubes in Scene2 with highlighted section merge onto cube 1 (ideally zoom in as cubes combine).
Timing: Scene 1: 15 seconds. Scene 2: 6 seconds Scene 3: 4 seconds
