We are looking for someone to head up our video and multi-media group. This person will report jointly to the CEO and the head of our creative departments but will also collaborate closely with other members of our team. We need someone who can help with conceptualization, directing, producing, shooting, editing and audio. Basically, we are looking for someone to possess a broad range of skills to do the work independently while we build out this department.
Some portion of the work can be done remotely but this job requires being on location three days per week each month in Columbus, Ohio. The dates are scheduled months in advance. For these shoots, you would need to serve as the director, producer, videographer, editor, and audio engineer. For the remote shootings, you will need to bring your camera, audio package, and lighting and any other hardware/software needed to take raw footage and convert it into a finished package. The shoot days are used to capture both stationary speakers presenting on a particular topic and kids/teachers interacting in live teaching sessions.

This is a part-time job that requires about 30 to 40 hours per month. The busiest days would be the three days of on location shooting and the rest of the week to develop the finished product.
