FOUNDING VIDEO EDITOR – REVENUE SHARE PARTNERSHIP (12 MONTHS) I am building a YouTube brand around a proprietary trading framework and custom charting indicator. The project is focused on educational trading content, market structure concepts, and a unique charting tool currently under development. I am looking for a founding video editor who wants to help build the channel from the ground up and participate in the early growth of the business. WHAT I PROVIDE • Trading knowledge and framework • Scripts and content ideas • Voiceovers • Trading charts and screenshots • Branding direction • Product development and future monetization YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Edit YouTube Shorts and short-form content • Add captions, zooms, motion graphics and visual effects • Create engaging and professional videos • Deliver upload-ready content on schedule • Help maintain a consistent visual style across the channel COMPENSATION There is no upfront payment initially. Instead, the editor will receive revenue sharing for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of joining. Revenue Share: • 20% of YouTube revenue • 20% of educational course revenue • 10% of indicator subscription revenue IMPORTANT REVENUE SHARE TERMS • Revenue sharing automatically expires after 12 months from the editor's joining date. • After the 12-month period, all revenue sharing ends permanently. • Future work, if both parties agree to continue, will be compensated on a per-video or fixed-fee basis. • No ownership, equity, shares, partnership rights, or business ownership are granted under this agreement. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY • The trading indicator, source code, algorithms, concepts, brand, website, course material and channel ownership remain the exclusive property of the founder. • All edited videos become the property of the channel upon delivery and acceptance. • The editor may not distribute, sell, copy, disclose or reverse engineer any proprietary project materials. TERMINATION Either party may terminate the collaboration with 14 days written notice. If the editor leaves voluntarily before 12 months: • Revenue sharing ends immediately after final settlement. • No future revenue claims remain.
