We are looking to introduce a new feature to the website. A virtual MOVIE THEATER. Users will be able to tune in a few times a month and watch a movie live with a Q and A after. We are looking to host around 200 people. We see Vimeo has a service, but these are all too expensive. WE need someone to consult with to figure out how to bring this feature to our audience. We also need to be able to switch between multiple set-ups quickly and easy (user friendly) so we can run the streams ourselves. We want there to be Q & A after on the same stream, which could be on zoom. This will be behind a paywall. Looking to hear your thoughts on how to make this happen without using a third party.
