Virtual Conference Zoom Recording and Editing expertise needed

Tasks needed to be done- 1) Give an instruction template to speakers to record. Once video comes in from speaker we need for the video to be checked. (Alternatively suggest to us if we need to ask all speakers to come online and we record the sessions? In this case we need someone to record for us) . 2)Panel discussions - We will organise the speakers to be available online. The PIC needs to arrange for the zoom link, be the "admin" for the zoom session, be present , record and save the session. 3) All sessions will need to be sent via we transfer or uploaded on youtube to send the conference platform organisers. We will arrange for an online talk with the platform organiser where she will explain how it needs to be done. we might need some editing eg. adding sponsor logos or their video before or after each session. The assignment is for one month till the conference. The day of the event the platform organiser will manage the backend. Only if we any live sessions we need to check if we need someone present online .
