I’m launching an interview-style podcast from Chennai and need one person or a small crew who can cover the entire video side—capturing the sessions in studio and shaping them into polished episodes ready for YouTube and audio platforms. Scope of work • Recording on-site in Chennai: camera setup, sound, basic lighting, and data management after each shoot. • Editing: multi-cam sync (if used), clean cuts, basic color correction, intro/outro insertion, lower-third name tags, and export to 1080p (or higher) plus separate audio file. I’ll schedule one shoot day every two weeks to start, each lasting roughly three hours. Turnaround on the finished edit should stay within five days so that we can maintain a steady release cadence.
