Hello! We’re looking for a local photographer/videographer for a one-time shoot at our dental clinic in Encinitas, San Diego. The main priority is updated headshots for 6 providers, taken within the clinic rather than against a studio backdrop. We’re looking for a relaxed, natural feel with warm smiles and the clinic subtly visible in the background. We could also use While you’re here, we’d also like updated photos of the reception area, operatories and other areas of the clinic, along with a few candid/in-action shots. We’d also like some short video clips/B-roll that we can use for our website header and social media. Deliverables: Edited headshots for 6 providers Approximately 20 edited clinic/interior/exterior photos Short video clips/B-roll for website and social use We would ideally schedule the shoot outside of patient hours to avoid disruption. We are generally open until 4–5pm depending on the day, and a Saturday may also be an option as we close earlier (2pm) Please share your quote, availability over the next few weeks, estimated time needed on-site, and examples of similar work. I've done quite a bit of medical and clinical photography and video work over the years, and a dental clinic environment is something I'm very comfortable shooting — lighting setups, equipment details, staff portraits, patient experience moments, all of it. My agency, C&I Studios, has production roots in LA, South Florida, and New York, but I personally travel for shoots like this and San Diego is an easy one for me.
