School Event Videography Pune 21 Feb

Our annual school function will be held on 21 February in Marunji, Hinjewadi (Pune), with the formal programme beginning at 8:30 a.m. till 12:00 pm I need a videographer who can cover the entire event from start to finish, capturing every performance, speech, award and candid moment as it unfolds. The brief is intentionally simple—no elaborate cinematic effects—just clean, steady, well-lit footage that documents the morning exactly as it happens so parents and staff can relive it later. Venue access will be available from 7:45 a.m. so you have time to set up. Good on-camera audio is important because there will be songs, and short plays. You are welcome to move around the hall as long as the recording remains unobtrusive for the students. Once the event wraps up (around noon), I will need the complete video in HD (1080p or higher) delivered digitally. If you are available on the date, have your own good id camera and a track record of reliable event coverage, I would love to see a few samples of similar stage work or any other work when you respond.
