I'm seeking someone who can start immediately and speaks English and Spanish from anywhere in the world to help me find a house for rent in Michoacán Mexico. I'm also open to other states near Celaya GTO, so long as they are NOT toxic with manufacturing plants/factories.
This is per hour with a $30 bonus when you find me the house I move into using facebook or house rentals.
This is part time work upto 10 hours per week for someone who works from home, is intelligent, isn't a rule follower, down to earth, can read and follow instructions, is reliable and a fast worker.
You do need to be around during the day to contact realtors or landlords as soon as possible and you can work some hours at night if you want.
I have been looking since February 27th, and there's been a lot of problems. The huge increase in prices by 25-50%, and the demands of what we now have to provide that we never had to provide before. All good rentals in my price range go fast.
I need to be out of this house by March 28th unless you can convince them to leave me stay another month.
If you are good at negotiating prices and the requirements, that's a bonus.
