- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
- At least 1-year experience in the field of providing customer service.
- Open to improvement such as; Flexibility in learning new technologies.
- Identifying the Brand DIAMOND FORGED & its product.
- Interested in building a relationship and working long-term.
- Good knowledge of customer experience
- Pay close attention to details.
- Good team working skills.
- Open to improvement in every area.
- Able to work all days of the week including holidays… (Available at least 8h/day)
- (Able to be reached on Skype/WhatsApp 8h/day)
- Willing to work on a fixed hourly rate.
Support the customer support team to complete the daily tasks
answering customers emails, working close to the online team to create and manage the best customer experience.
