1.2. Position Overview
Position Title: FlexWork PT Virtual Assistant (VA)
Position Start Date: Friday October 1st, 2021
Monthly Working Hours: Stage 1: Oct - 5 hours / week x 4 (20 hours) 2 candidates
Stage 2: Nov - Dec - 10 hours / week x 4 (40 hours) 1 candidate
Stage 3: Jan + (2022) 20 hours / week x 4 (80 hours / month)
Position Salary: Negotiable depending on candidates experience
We are looking for a responsible and experienced virtual assistant who is trained to handle a number of business tasks including lead generation, recruiting, emailing and other administrative tasks. While operating remotely, the Virtual Assistant will be mainly responsible for lead generation project management, email campaign management and all related communication and organization with lead generation companies/freelancers and software engineer / developer prospects.
The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, super organized and able to communicate through multiple channels, (ie. Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meets, and various email platforms. The virtual assistant will also be asked to occasionally organize meetings, book accommodations and meeting rooms, as well as tracking and managing expenses and payments.
Ultimately, we are looking for an individual who is able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision, and who is looking for a long term P/T position.
1.3. Duties and responsibilities
Manage global recruiting lead projects
Manage talent acquisition email campaigns
Manage client acquisition email campaigns
Talent / Client Database management
Respond to / address talent / client emails /queries
Arrange / schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Perform online / market research
Create presentations, as assigned
1.4. Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
University Graduate or above
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Well-versed with technology
Highly organised multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple instructions
Demonstrates excellent time management skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-service and presentation skills.
Ability to learn new skills quickly

Step 3: Successful candidate reference check
Step 4: 2nd interview - 30 minute Zoom skill interview (recorded)
Step 5: Hiring Decision via email.
Step 6: 1 month paid V/A trial (September - 5 hours / week) Oct 1st, 2021 Start
All job training / onboarding will be paid. Approximate time - 5 hours
