We are looking for smart, intellgent, commited, and honest Sales rep, and Technical support employee,. They must have strong command of English language, someone who can read and write perfectly well. They must have ample customer service experience. Hired worker wil be handling our online customers using live chat, answer questions about our services, creating ticketings, Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems virtually, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face. Worker must know how to use, navigate salesforce or other ticketing softwares we throw at them. etc. As a technical support/helpdesk employee, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within the firm. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you’ll be the first person employees will come to, relating to customer issues.
Technical Support: Some tasks you may be involved in include:
• Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
• Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
Sales Rep and Technical Support: To be considered for this role, you will possess:
Excellent computer skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
Strong typing and verbal communication skills.
Call center experience is a PLUS! 4-5 years experince will be amazing!
Required Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma plus 6 years of technical or customer support experience (Associates Degree + 4 years or BS + 2 years)
