My interest in potentially working with you stems from three reasons. First, I have experience in Administration, minute taking and transcription while working in several positions, most notably with the MasterCard Foundation. Secondly, I am a natural planner and presently, I happen to have plenty of time on my hands. Therefore, I would be able to wholly immerse myself in the execution of the tasks in this role task. Lastly, I am well versed in and familiar with the duties you have listed as crucial to this position.
My previous experience has allowed me to hone my accuracy skills while working against the backdrop of time pressures as well as mounting work. Happily, I was always able to meet my deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work.
Beyond this, I have also been commended on several occasions for maintaining timely responses to emails, effectively managing disputes and for always maintaining social and professional graces.
