Hi there! I’m hiring an online assistant right now. You will first start by managing my email mailing platforms and then you will move up to other rewarding tasks. ABOUT ME: • I make software and online courses • I have been an internet marketer for over 3 years • I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way • I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect • I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that) ABOUT THE POSITION: • Write and send emails for me • Handle Social Media Postings • Handle customer service emails • Create sales emails & send them to prospects • Do online research • FULL TIME - Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week (if you are busy with school or working other part time jobs this may not be suitable for you) ABOUT COMPENSATION: • Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week • We pay bonuses for great work • We pay 13th Month Bonus • We give pay increases based on performance • Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year) • These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days) Wage/Salary: Monthly Salary Based On Experience+Bonus+Vacation+Sick Days
