to handle incoming calls on a daily basis (8 am to 5 pm). The nature of the calls: taking down information for new leads, basic customer service (understand what department to transfer to to handle the case)
This is supposed to be the call center for several moving companies located in the US. The accent (if present) should be very clear and the VA should have a very high English level for understanding clients from allover the US.
The schedule is 7 days a week 8 am to 6 pm central time zone. The person or two will have to answer every call (40-100 a day). Some calls are call ins and some are customer service oriented.
The VA should take down the details of new clients (contact and moving information),
or to hear the client's request to be able to transfer to a right party
Payment $500 a month flat fee.
